BLACK TEAS 

Assam Melody—A Black tea from the Assam region of India. Assam tea brews up a burgundy-red cup with rich aroma and strong malty taste. The latter makes Assam an ideal breakfast-time tea. Our "Assam Melody" is a flavorful second-flush (summer) tea from the well-regarded Meleng estate. 

Earl Grey Bravo—A Black tea from Sri Lanka, flavored with oil of bergamot, a citrus fruit and blue flowers. According to legend, this tea is named for Earl Grey, a British Prime Minister, to whom a Chinese noble entrusted its secret recipe for saving his life. Unfortunately, this story is not true. But we hope this won't prevent you from enjoying our exquisite 'Bravo' version of the popular Earl Grey tea. 

Decaf Earl Grey*—Same legend, same great taste.

Irish Breakfast—A combination of black teas from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Assam (India). As its name implies, Irish Breakfast tea is an ideal accompaniment to a morning meal. It smoothly blends the high notes of a high-grown Ceylon with the malty underscore of a hearty Assam. Enjoy plain or with a drop of milk. One of our most popular teas.

Mango—A Premium black tea from Sri Lanka flavored with pieces of ripe mango. A tropical treat, delectable both hot and cold. If you have yet to try gourmet mango tea, you'll be pleasantly surprised by its superior taste. Indulge your taste buds!

WHITE TEAS

White Blueberry—A Premium white tea from the Fujian region of China flavored with sweet blueberries. A wonderfully smooth and subtle treat, delectable both hot and cold. If you are beginning your exploration of white tea, our blueberry tea will serve as a wonderful introduction.

White Peach—A Premium white tea also from the Fujian region of China flavored with sweet peaches. Smooth, subtle, and wonderful tasting both hot and cold.

OOLONG TEA

 Jasmine #9—An oolong tea from the Fujian province of China infused with the delicate scent of the night-blooming jasmine flower. If you enjoy jasmine tea, we urge you to try the sublime taste of its well-made varieties. Our "Jasmine Suite no. 9" is the finest grade Yin Hao tea, perfectly suited for special occasions. It melts into a cup of sweet fragrance with delicate jasmine notes. You will be hard-pressed to find anything more sublime.

HERBALS

Blood Orange*—A delicious blend of natural fruits and spices that brews up a mouthwatering cup of herbal tea. Entirely caffeine-free, it holds a special appeal for kids and sweet-toothed adults alike. This tea contains no sugar or other sweeteners. The flavor is all natural, emanating from orange peels, hibiscus flowers, apple pieces, rose hip, and safflower. Highly addictive; Please proceed with caution! 

Spearmint*—Dried spearmint leaves make this tea a minty, refreshing drink that is highly satisfying both hot and cold. A native of the Mediterranean, spearmint was revered by ancient Romans for its ability to "stir up the mind." It continues to be savored for its refreshingly light aroma, as well as its natural, caffeine-free taste. If you have never tried gourmet spearmint, you will be enchanted by its superior flavor. 

Foxtrot*—Like the dance that inspired its name, this tea is an overnight success that will leave you giddy with joy.  It is an herbal cocktail of Egyptian chamomile, South African Rooibos, and fresh peppermint leaves. This tea is a soothing blend of familiar tastes that produces a pleasantly original combination. It is entirely caffeine-free. The spring in your step is due entirely to its enticing taste. 

GREEN TEAS 

Decafe Spiced Green Tea*—A green tea from China.  Decaffeinated using a special CO-2 process that is both all-natural and gentle, allowing the tea leaves to retain their delicate shape and flavor.  This tea brews up a wonderfully stimulating experience hot or cold. 

Decafe Strawberry*—A black tea from Ceylon, flavored with summer strawberries and specially decaffeinated using an all-natural and gentle CO-2 process that allows the tea leaves to retain their delicate shape and flavor. 

Cherry Green Tea—This premium green tea is flavored with summer cherries. It is a treat for Chekhov fans musing in their cherry orchard, and is fantastic whether served hot or cold.  If you never read Chekhov, his stories rarely have happy endings.  Fear not! This Cherry Green Tea will make up for it!

Please note that all our teas our brewed especially for each  individual guest. Each tea requires different brewing times, so please allow 5-10 minutes for your tea to arrive at your table.  The wait is well worth it!
